Thirty three years of experience in the residential home building industry and twenty-eight years in the commercial construction services. This background produces our hands-on problem-solving approach to all construction projects. K Tooley Enterprises LLC applies the greater than 185 combined years of practical application and management experience to each construction project.

The employees of K Tooley Enterprises LLC are attuned to all details required by the client to understand the specific needs of all the parties involved in each project beginning with the tenant, design and architectural parties, to engineers, property management, owners to the building engineers and maintenance teams affected by the production of the project.

We see ourselves as the hub of the project and own responsibility for the coordination of all members of the construction team to work for the successful completion of the project…bringing it in on time and within the budget. We provide a solid price and stand by our commitment and word. We are honest, straight forward and non-confrontational in our approach to solve the inherent problems encountered within the project.
